He worked closely with congressional leadership and committee staff on crafting and passing critical legislation, with a particular focus on financial services, trade, telecommunications, economic matters, and responses to the financial crisis that began in 2008. Henry also functioned as a liaison with business leaders, policy experts, and constituency groups. Henry's more than ten years of experience on Capitol Hill also included stints with Reps. Emanuel Cleaver (D-MO) and Major Owens (D-NY), serving as the Legislative Director for each Member.

In April of 2011, founding partners Art Collins and Broderick Johnson joined forces to offer political, policy and communications strategies to corporations and executives engaged with the public sector at all levels. As the firm continues to grow, Art Collins expressed his enthusiasm about its future. "With Sudafi now serving as a Principal within the firm, we continue to build our team of talented and experienced professionals who strive to achieve the most favorable results for our clients while adhering to the highest standards of integrity," Collins said.
