Internship Overview
Summer interns expand their knowledge and build their expertise by providing research and analysis on the policy and strategic challenges facing the firm’s diverse roster of clients. Interns will also assist with process improvement initiatives to enhance firm performance.
Major Areas of Responsibility

Conduct research and analysis on legislative and political issues

Build and maintain an expertise in defined policy areas

Assist with legal and compliance matters

Support communications deliverables on behalf of firm and clients

Contribute to the firm’s preparation and planning for its political events
Background and Experience
We are looking for either graduate-level students or, if undergrads, rising seniors, who are detail-oriented with:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high stakes environment
- Enthusiastic and professional demeanor, willing to tackle projects big or small
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, data analytics, and unstructured analysis
Additionally, candidates with the following attributes will receive the highest consideration:
- Graduate studies in law, policy, communications, government, or other related fields
- Involvement with civic oriented political organizations
